  • Profile picture (for service providers)
  • Country of residence
  • Identification documents (for verification purposes; deleted after verification)

2. Use of Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To connect service seekers with service providers
  • To enhance user experience and improve our platform
  • To display targeted advertisements via Google Ads

3. Data Sharing

We share your data with the following third parties:

  • Stripe for processing payments
  • Google for displaying advertisements

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement the following security measures:

  • Encryption to protect data during transmission
  • Firewalls to secure our servers and data

5. User Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Delete your account

Weisro issues an invoice only for the commission charged to service seekers for using the platform.

Service providers are responsible for:

  • Reporting their income to relevant tax authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable taxes and insurance contributions

9. Commission Refund Policy

Commission Payment, Confirmation, and Refund Conditions

When a service seeker hires a service provider through Weisro, the following terms apply:

Payment Process

A 10% commission, plus 19% VAT (applicable in Germany), is charged upfront before the service is rendered. Once the commission is paid, the service seeker can send the service location to the service provider.

QR Code Confirmation

At the time of service, the service seeker must present a QR code generated by the Weisro app to the service provider. The service provider must scan the QR code to confirm their arrival at the service location.

Conditions for Refund

Once the QR code is scanned by the service provider, this confirms their presence, and Weisro can no longer process a refund. If the provider fails to show up and does not scan the QR code, Weisro will refund the commission within 48 hours from the time of payment.

Manual Confirmation and Refund Policy

In cases where the service seeker manually confirms the provider's presence (e.g., if both parties forget to scan the QR code), no refund will be issued. This also applies to rental services: the QR code must be scanned from the provider's device to confirm the transaction. Without this scan or manual confirmation, no refunds will be processed.

10. Prohibited Actions

It is strictly prohibited for users to share addresses or contact information through any direct or indirect methods, including but not limited to images, text, or within the service description fields. Attempts to bypass this rule by embedding contact details or addresses in other formats will result in account suspension or removal.

By agreeing to these terms, both service seekers and service providers acknowledge their responsibilities regarding commission payments, QR code confirmation, refund eligibility, and prohibited actions on the platform.
