Platform: Refers to "weisro", the intermediary service connecting Service Seekers and Service Providers.
Service Seeker: The individual seeking services through the Platform.
Service Provider: The individual providing services through the Platform.
The Platform provides a mediation service to connect Service Seekers with Service Providers, such as laborers or service renters. Service Seekers can hire laborers or rent services/products for a duration ranging from one hour to a maximum of seven days. Additionally, the Platform features a free guessing game for match results, where users can win $50 for correctly guessing the outcomes of eight matches.
The Platform charges a commission of 10% on each transaction. An additional 19% VAT is added to the commission since the company is based in Germany. The Platform only issues invoices for the commission charged to Service Seekers. Service Providers are responsible for issuing invoices to Service Seekers and for collecting taxes relevant to their operations in their respective countries.
The Platform collects its commission from the Service Seeker once the Service Provider confirms the booking. Payments are processed through Stripe. The commission is refundable only if the hired laborer does not show up or if the service is not rendered. If the Service Provider attends and scans a QR code from the Service Seeker's phone, the commission is non-refundable. The same rules apply to service renters.
Service Providers must provide high-quality service to receive positive ratings from Service Seekers. They must adhere to schedules, safeguard property, focus during service provision, and maintain confidentiality. Service Providers must scan the QR code from the Service Seeker’s phone upon arrival. Failure to scan three QR codes will result in account suspension and ultimately a permanent ban after three violations.
The Platform acts solely as a mediator and is not responsible for any issues arising between Service Seekers and Service Providers. Disputes must be resolved directly between the parties. Service Providers are responsible for tax obligations and compliance with local regulations.
To win $50, participants must correctly guess the outcomes of all eight matches. Guessing seven correctly and one incorrectly is considered a loss. Participation is free. Users can guess every seven hours or shorten the wait by watching ads. Any attempt at fraud will result in account suspension without warning.
The Platform collects personal data including names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and identity documents for verification. Users can modify their data or delete their accounts at any time. Data is encrypted during transmission and retained for service improvement. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Both Service Seekers and Service Providers can create accounts with different features. Sharing personal data or contact information within service descriptions is strictly prohibited.
The Platform does not enter into contracts between Service Seekers and Service Providers. Each Service Provider is responsible for their business operations and legal compliance, including tax reporting and registration.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time to comply with legal regulations. User accounts may be terminated for non-compliance or repeated complaints.
